3 conditional use permits unanimously recommended for approval

The Richland Center Plan Commission held public hearings on three conditional use permits for new businesses in the city yesterday. There were no public comments on two of them, and just one on the third.
Park Street Christian Church stated they want nothing up against their building, and they want access to the garage they own, which is next to Pine River Tire and Auto, they indicated business owner Kevin Burkhamer has been cooperating with them.
The Commission unanimously recommended approval of all three permits to the city council, the three businesses are New Tech Golf Carts, Pine River Tire and Auto, and Gary’s Lawn Care LLC
Mayor Karin Tepley appointed alderperson Chris Jarvis as Chair of the commission.
