Phil Nee is WRCO’s General Manager and longtime member of the WRCO staff. 2026 marks 40 years for Phil at WRCO. Phil always says that “I get to go to work” and not “I have to”. Phil is married to June and together have 5 grandchildren. Phil can be heard mornings Monday through Friday, on sports broadcasts throughout the school year and every Saturday night on “Those Were the Days,” Phil is doing what he always wanted to do. Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, spending many of those years on the air and as Assistant Program Director at WRCO FM in Richland Center. Currently, Adam hosts the Weekend Wake-up and Prime Mover Saturdays on WRCO FM, assists with website and social media news duties, handles Social Media duties for WRCO and WRCE, and serves as the Director of Technology at a Southwest Wisconsin School District. Adam is married to Karlene and has 2 children and 2 children’s spouses and 3 awesome grandkids. Reach him at adam.hess@civicmedia.us.

Chris Simonson retired as the band director at Riverdale after 35 years and began his journey as the host of “Saturdays with Simo” in September 2020. He also serves as pastor for the Avoca and Blue River UMC and continues work with the Riverdale drama department and Leo Club.
