In Iowa County, James C. Morgan, age 40, was arrested in Highland by the Highland Police Department with assistance from the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office.
He faces a criminal charge of First Degree Child Sex Assault and has been booked into the Iowa County Jail.
Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center.
