NASCAR Fans United GRACE Team will be holding their Second Annual Quilt Gala tomorrow night (Saturday) at the Richland Center Community Center. There will be a wide variety of donated quilts up for auction and items that can be purchased as well. Lorna Maxwell is an organizer of the event.
Money raised will go to Greater Richland Area Cancer Elimination (GRACE). A lot of money and work is invested in the quilts, by the those who donate them, which makes each quilt valuable and special.
Doors, to the event, will open at 4:00 and the auction will get underway at 6:00. Lorna Maxwell says that you should come as you are and have a good time while helping a good cause.
There is a $10 entry fee. Snack food will be provided and there will be drinks for sale. Everyone is encouraged to attend the Second Annual Quilt Gala tomorrow night (Saturday) at the Richland Center Community Center. If you would like to donate or if you have any questions contact Lorna Maxwell at 608-647-4234.
