Packers Foundation Awards more than $3.5M in 2025

The Green Bay Packers Foundation distributed $1.5 million recently to over 50 civic and charitable organizations in Northeast Wisconsin.

OSHKOSH, WI—(WISS)— The Green Bay Packers Foundation announced this week that it has distributed $1.5 million in annual grants to civic and charitable groups throughout Wisconsin. This brings the year-to-date total of awards to $3.5 million.

“We’re pleased to award $1.5 million through our annual Packers Foundation grants this year,” said Packers President and CEO Ed Policy. “It is truly an honor for the Packers to be in a position to support the crucial work these recipient organizations do in our communities. We are proud to support their causes and shine a light on them.”

A press release says 38 grants, totalling $149,450, were awarded to Brown County organizations.

In total, 395 groups throughout Wisconsin received grants to help in their efforts.

This year’s grant cycle focused on areas of animal welfare, health and wellness, including drug, alcohol, and domestic violence, civic and community initiatives, and environmental causes.

The Packers Foundation and its annual grants are part of the Green Bay Packers

Give Back, the Packers’ all-encompassing community outreach initiative that comprises

appearances made by players, alumni, coaches, and staff, football outreach, cash and in-kind donations, Make-A-Wish visits, and community events.

The Foundation has distributed more than $29,552,000 for charitable purposes since it was established in 1986.

In 2025, more than $3.5 million has been awarded through the Packers Foundation grants, including the most recent $1.5 million in annual grants, $1.75 million in impact grants, and other miscellaneous grants.
