
RICHLAND CENTER, WIS. (WRCO / WRCE) Richland Center won a non-conference boys basketball game, 84-28, over visiting Coulee Christian on Monday night. All 13 players that suited up for the game got into the scoring column for the Hornets as they improved to 1-2 on the young season.
Jayden Schoepp had 20 points including 4 three pointers for Richland Center. Liam Fingerson totaled 14 points and Brady Dosch scored 13. Other players in the scoring column were Max Woodman with 8 points including 2 three pointers, Will Weiss added 7, Kyzan Schwictenburg totaled 6, Cutler Palmer had 4 points, Grayson Clements added 3, Abe Bosworth, Shawn Colsh, Deakyn Heisz, and Ray Ferguson all had 2 points, and Connor Stoltz scored 1. The Hornets were 5 for 13 from the line, and made 7 three pointers.
Coulee Christian was led by Quinten Keeney with 8 points, and Jaden Heesch scored 7. The team made one three pointer, and shot 9 for 19 from the line. The Eagles fell to 0-3 on the season.
The Hornets also won the JV 1 game on Monday night. The team will now prepare for the SWC opening game on Friday night at home against River Valley. Coulee Christian has a game against Argyle scheduled for Friday night.
