
Ithaca Greenhouse now open
All proceeds help to fund leadership conferences and state and National convention expenses for the Ithaca FFA.
ITHACA, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – The Ithaca FFA Greenhouse is now open.
You will find over 200 hanging baskets to choose from and a wide variety of bedding plants from geraniums and petunias to impatients and dahlias. Hours are weekdays 9:00 to 4:30, or by appointment and Saturday from 9:00 to Noon.
All proceeds help to fund leadership conferences and state and National convention expenses for the Ithaca FFA.
Ithaca FFA advisor Melissa Specher welcomes the community into the greenhouse and would love to talk to you about what the students are learning while raising plants and flowers.
Again, the Ithaca Greenhouse opens for business Thursday May 1.


Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center. Currently, Adam hosts the Weekend Wake-up and Prime Mover Saturdays on WRCO FM, jumps in and helps out with news duties, handles Social Media duties for WRCO and WRCE, and is the Director of Technology at a Southwest Wisconsin School District.
