Chemicals were accidentally released in the City of Richland Center yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. Mike Jessen , the new Director of Emergency Management, spoke with WRCO’s Tim Thiede yesterday (Tuesday) evening about the incident.
Because of the quick action there is no danger to the public.
