The Baraboo Police Department continues to search for a suspect. If you have any information, or observe Jeffrey Miller, age 32, contact the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office. He has ties to Sauk and Juneau County areas. Miller is described as a white male, with short or shaved brown hair, and a medium length beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt. Miller is being sought due to an incident which occurred Tuesday. Miller failed to stop for a traffic stop. A high speed chase ensued, ending in Miller crashing his vehicle. As Sauk County Deputies arrived at the crash location, Miller fired gunshots toward deputies before running off. He left westbound into a wooded area along HWY 113/Water Street near the southeast corner of the City of Baraboo. One deputy suffered a minor injury as a result.

If anyone has information regarding Jeffrey Miller’s location, they are asked to contact the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office at 608-355-4495 or Sauk County Crimestoppers at 1-888-TIP-SAUK.
