December 1981 Pop Radio Memories

Our year long tribute to 1981 continues on Saturday night with Those Were The Days on WRCO FM 100.9.  We will go back thirty-five years with songs that take me back to playing basketball for the might Bulldogs. I remember fun times riding to the games on buses with windows frosted over.   Many songs were playing in my head as I continued to lead the league in scoring during warmups.  The Stones album (Tatoo You) was number one in our locker room.  Queen, Pat Benatar, Bob Seger, and Cheap Trick were among the crowd pleasers at the record hops (remember those?).  Join me for six hours of your requests, trivia questions, bad jokes, and 1981 this Saturday night during Those Were The Days.
