Ithaca Schools Adding Time To Instructional Day
Like many other schools in the area, the Ithaca School District is looking at alternatives to make up instruction time due to lost due to inclement weather. Ithaca District Administrator Bob Smudde said that starting Monday, January 30, the Ithaca school day will begin 10 minutes earlier and end 5 minutes later to accommodate the time missed. Smudde said that bus pick up times in the morning will not be affected. Afternoon drop off times will be 5 minutes later.
