Passages Denim Day

Passages – a program for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault – is encouraging area businesses, organizations, and residents to join them in support of Denim Day next Wednesday, April 27th.

Since being founded in 1970, Passages has committed to creating peaceful homes by supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Passages was able to shelter 71 women and children last year (2015) alone and serve 237 men, women, and children from Vernon, Crawford, and Richland counties.

To participate in Denim Day on Wednesday (Apr. 27), Passages is asking each person to pledge at least one dollar with all proceeds going directly back to the organization. If you would like to call Passages to participate in this year's Denim Day, the number again is (608) 647-8775.
