Richland Concert Association 50th Anniversary Norman Lee Concert

The Richland Concert Association continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary this Sunday (March 13) as it hosts Norman Lee at the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

This Sunday's concert will feature Norman Lee, a dedicated piano teacher and music educator. He received his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Lee furthered his studies at the Royal College of Music in London, England and he received his Master degree of Music from The University of Western Ontario. Lee was also awarded certificates from the U.S.S.R. and was a student at the Music Academy of the West in California. Traveling from Hong Kong, China, Lee has conducted master classes and lectures in Hong Kong as well as Canada, and the United States. Association President, Dale Sinnett says that the international flair of the concerts sponsored by the Richland Concert Association would be much more costly for patrons to attend and enjoy if it were not for the backing of the community.

The 50th anniversary of the Richland Concert Association will continue this Sunday afternoon (March 13) with Steinway Artist, Norman Lee, at 2:00 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Richland Center. Individual concert tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for students, and free for UW-Richland students. Tickets will be available at the door.
