On the Bench (just like the old days)

Hey Rock n’ Rollers!  Saturday night the Green and Gold will take to the airwaves of WRCO in an NFL playoff football game.  The pregame time beings at 5:00 pm on WRCO FM 100.9.  My Those Were the Days radio show will not be heard this weekend. I will be on the bench like I was between 1978 and 1982.  That experience gave me the chance to imagination playing the game and that helped my radio career because I have now called thousands of sporting events while sitting on the bench.  It is my hope that our beloved Wisconsin team does well in California Saturday night.  During the game I will be sorting and cleaning records and getting ready for future Those Were the Days radio shows.  We have some wild ones planned in 2024. In February we will spotlight the Beatles first arrival on these shores in 1964 and we have at least one live Those Were the Days outing planned for this year.  Thank you for reading this and I can’t wait to get back on track after the Pack next Saturday night.
